Turkish Airlines Digital Cabin Management System

Turkish Airlines, a member of the leading global airline network Star Alliance, initiated the new Digital Cabin Management System project in order to improve the quality of the cabin services. With the successful implementation of the project’s first phase, over 2.000 senior flight attendants are now using iPads provided by Innova to file all necessary notifications to Turkish Airlines headquarters, including placing orders for necessary supplies and even filing holiday requests and working rotas for team members.

DaruYou Gift Card Project Qatar National Bank Customer Loyalty Application

System Integration, a Ukrainian company specialising in payment and loyalty solutions, required a new closed-loop prepayment card system to enable retail customers to purchase and use gift cards. After careful consideration, the company chose Innova’s Gift Card product, which is part of the PayFlex family. The project began in 2011 and went live only a few months later, making DaruYou the largest gift card system in Ukraine with 150+ brands and more than 600 point of sales at the end of 2013.

Burj Khalifa ‘At the Top’ Self-Service Ticket Kiosks

Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, chose Kiosk Innova’s ticketing kiosks to provide a quick and simple way for the visitors of the observation deck, ‘At the Top’. Before Kiosk Innova’s kiosk terminals, visitors had to purchase tickets for one-hour time slots by waiting in long queues, sometimes for several hours. Even if they purchased tickets on Burj Khalifa’s website, customers still had to join long queues in order to print their tickets. Thanks to the Kiosk Innova ticket terminals, which were specially developed, engineered and manufactured for Burj Khalifa At the Top, visitors can now collect their tickets in a matter of seconds.

Tekfen Construction ERP Project

Tekfen Construction is an affiliate of Tekfen Holding, one of Turkey’s most established holding companies. It has been using Oracle’s enterprise resource planning solution since 2005. An increasing number of projects handled by the company revealed a need for a more radical solution to assist with process management. While it was already using Oracle’s inventory, accounting and human resources modules, the company’s Ceyhan Steel factory was continuing to use manual processes to coordinate planning, production, packaging and transport between different departments, something which was causing significant impediments to increasing speed and efficiency. It was thus clear that Tekfen needed a broader solution to help handle this wise range of production processes.

As such, in order to conduct business flawlessly it needed a foolproof IT service infrastructure. Teknosa IT department put into service the Help Desk application, achieved through the HP Service Manager solution to meet employee demands faster and in an improved fashion. After the successful launch of this application Teknosa decided that all other operational demands as well as IT should also be met with the Help Desk application. Now staff members with out-of-order laptops or broken windows can communicate their demands to the center through the Help Desk application. In this way, business processes continuing to run without any interruptions is ensured.
